Original artwork may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping costs. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom commissions, deposits, and original artwork damaged after delivery are non-refundable.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

Shipping Policy

Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from North Carolina. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Domestic shipping within the United States is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the listed price, depending on the artwork.

Each original painting is packaged with care to help ensure safe delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and packaging so that I can assist you.
